About this resource

As an educator, you are acutely aware that not only are young people our future, but they are also one of the groups that are most at risk from air pollution and climate change. Curiosity Connections have developed a resource pack to run your own 6-week eco-challenge exploring the issue of air pollution.

The contents of the resource pack include a guide for teachers, slides for the sessions, and a set of accompanying resources.

Why we recommend this resource

Curiosity Connections is a collaboration between UWE Bristol and Graphic science. This allows the resources curated by them to provide links to contemporary research in education and science communication pest practice.

This pack gives children the opportunity to explore the issues, experiment, raise awareness, imagine a better future, and have their say about their own interests giving them the chance to feel like they are making a difference. This pack will additionally give the children a greater understanding of the issues, while also developing new skills in scientific research, debating, art, and persuasive writing.
