Globals Goals Centre have been nominated as finalists for two upcoming awards.

Okayama ESD Award

Global Goals Centre are delighted to have reached the final 12 out of 267 submissions from 70 countries around the world in the Okayama ESD Award which has international reach.

Since its inception in 2015, the ESD Okayama Award has recognized outstanding ESD (Education for Sustainable Development) activities undertaken in Japan and abroad annually.  In addition to showcasing good ESD practices around the world, it aims to further advance the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) as ESD is a key enabler for achieving of all the goals.

Benefact Charity Heroes Awards

Global Goals Centre is also in the final 3 of the Benefact Charity Heroes Awards in the Climate Action category, which looks for charities which have inspired and motivated action to tackle the climate crisis nationally.

Global Goals Centre hope to use these nominations to share ideas and inspiration from Sparks and how other small charities can inspire collective action for social and climate action.
